Quality Return & Exchange Policy

At Pawsonality Code, we stand behind the quality of our products. While we take great care in quality control and packaging, occasional issues may occur. We are committed to making things right.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • We currently only accept returns or exchanges due to verified quality issues.
  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Customers are required to provide clear photos or videos of the issue for assessment (including Label).

How We Handle Quality Issues

Every case is reviewed by our team to determine the most appropriate resolution. Based on the severity and nature of the issue, our solutions may include:

  • A store credit or partial refund;
  • A free replacement of the same item;
  • A full refund, with no need to return the defective item.

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (5-7 business days).
  • We reserve the right to deny abusive or fraudulent claims.
